About Me

I started this blog after writing a book which I published on Amazon.com.  Doing the research for this book dramatically changed my life.  The book is about faith, but some call it positive thinking. The reason it changed my life is that I used to be a pessimist, often rather sad and by putting the principals of faith into action in my life I am now a much happier person and get many more answers to prayer. Later I published a second book.

This blog gives information and techniques that show you that you don’t need to be defeated by anything, that your life can have more love, joy, peace, patience and energy than you ever had before. These ideas are not new. They have been around for two thousand years or more. They have been tested and proved many, many times in many counties of the world and in probably every conceivable circumstance.

I am married to Grace (shown below) and the father of three lovely daughters who are the light of my life. I lived in China for many years where I taught English. I love to write about things that make life better and to post good jokes that I have heard. I’m an aerospace engineer in Wichita, Kansas.

I’m also a paper airplane pilot, amateur dog psychologist and my favorite hobby is social media in the evening.
